About the Artist, Angelo Musco:
New York City based Contemporary Artist, born in Naples, Italy is known for using the nude body on a massive scale to create images of natural and man-made architecture, celebrating birth, early life, nutrition, and community. He stages large nude photo shoots around the world to gather the material/images needed to maintain an extensive photo- archive of bodies, groups of bodies in various shapes. The artist then melds, manipulates, and uses the bodies like paint on a brush to create surreal and emotionally evocative images.

In 2013, he was commissioned by Fendi to create a sculpture inspired by the iconic Fendi Baguette, that became part of their permanent collection.
Angelo Musco was the subject of the film CONCEPTION by director Robert Jason which premiered at Lincoln Center in 2014. Musco made his own directorial debut in 2022 with the documentary THE LAND OF SCARS which explores the four years the artist committed to completing his most complex and personal artwork to date, sharing his own emotional layers, as well as celebrating the rich emotional histories of dozens of models and muse who have impacted and left their mark on the artist.
